Welcome to https://www.footasylum.com (the “Website”). These are Footasylum’s website terms and conditions (“Terms”) that tells you important information about the legal terms and conditions on which we sell certain goods on our Website (“Products”) to you.
1. Information about us
We operate the website https://www.footasylum.com. We are Footasylum, Registered in England and Wales as Footasylum plc. References in these Terms to "we", "us" and "our " are to Footasylum plc, registered address: Sandbrook House, Sandbrook Park, Rochdale, Lancashire, OL11 1RY. Company Number 05535565. Our VAT number is GB927191120.
2. About these Terms
These Terms (together with our Privacy Statement regarding personal information provided by you, cookies policy and terms and conditions for use of Website) will apply to any contract between us for the sale of Products, available on our Website (“Products”) to you (“Contract”).
By using this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms. You will be asked to read and agree to these Terms before you place an order for Products from our Website. Please click on the “I Accept” button at the end of these Terms if you accept them. If you do not agree with these Terms, you will not be able to order any Products from our Website. Before placing an order, if you have any queries relating to these Terms, please click here to email our customer services team.
We may change these Terms from time to time without notice to you, for example, to comply with changes in the law, to take account of new ordering or payment processes, or new Products we may offer. Changes will only apply to any subsequent orders you make on the Website. Every time you wish to order Products, please check these Terms to ensure you understand the terms which will apply at that time. These Terms were most recently updated on 17th June 2014
These Terms, and any Contract between us, is only in the English language. In our dealings with you, we work on the assumption that all sales are to private consumers, you are at least 18 years old and are legally capable of entering in to binding contracts.
YOUR ATTENTION IS DRAWN IN PARTICULAR TO THE SECTIONS CONCERNING LIABILITY TO YOU (PARAGRAPH 10) AND THE YOUR LEGAL RIGHT TO CANCEL (PARAGRAPH 7).
3. Product Information
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible, the colours of Products that appear on the Website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the Product you will receive.
All sizes and measurements are approximate; however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated, sizes indicated are UK sizes. Please refer to the size guide for clarification here. Prices, offers and Products are subject to availability and may change at any time prior to receipt of your Dispatch Confirmation being received.
THE PLACING OF A PRODUCT ON OUR WEBSITE IS AN INVITATION TO ACCEPT OFFERS FOR PRODUCTS AND IS NOT AN OFFER TO SELL AT THE LISTED PRICE NOR IS IT BINDING ON US. WE ARE UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO ACCEPT YOUR OFFER.
4. Placing an Order with us
Once you have placed an order with us, we will send you an order confirmation email (“Order Confirmation”) to confirm that we are processing your order. Once you have received your Order Confirmation, we will not be able to make any changes to the delivery address provided. We will send you another e-mail when your order has been dispatched (“Dispatch Confirmation”). Acceptance of an order placed by you online and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when you receive the Dispatch Confirmation e-mail from us. A contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation. If for any reason we cannot provide you with an item on your order, you will be contacted by email and a refund will be issued (including any relevant delivery charges paid if the order only contained that item). If a Product you have ordered is listed at an incorrect price due to an error on our part, we will notify you of the error and refund you for the price of the Product (and the delivery charge if the order only contained that item). We will not dispatch the Product to you.
Please note that the recipient of any Products shipped outside the European Union may also have to pay import duty or other taxes, fees and charges applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. If you are unsure about whether these charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities.
Details about our delivery options can be found here. Your order will be fulfilled within the estimated delivery period set out in your Dispatch Confirmation, unless there is an Event Outside of our Control (as defined in paragraph 11). If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery deadline because of an Event Outside of our Control, we will contact you. In circumstances where the Products you have purchased are not delivered within the estimated delivery period confirmed in your Dispatch Confirmation, you will be entitled to treat this Contract as having come to an end. In such instances, you may return the Product(s) which have been delivered late and receive a full refund, including any applicable delivery charges. We will also refund any reasonable costs you incur in returning the Products to us. UK customers are however requested to either return Product(s) in these circumstances using the prepaid returns label on the reverse of the shipment notice provided with your Product(s), or to a Footasylum store (when you have paid for the Product by credit or debit card, or by using a Footasylum gift card).
The price of the Product(s) are as set out on the Website. You order summary will confirm the price payable by you for the selected Product(s).We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard, Footasylum gift cards and PayPal. Please note that we do not accept American Express. Your card will be charged when you place your order.
ACCEPTANCE BY US OF ANY PAYMENT MADE BY YOU IN CONNECTION WITH ANY PRODUCTS DOES NOT CONSTITUTE OUR ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER AND A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT IS NOT FORMED UNTIL YOU RECEIVE OUR DISPATCH CONFIRMATION E-MAIL AND WE WILL NOT BE OBLIGED TO SUPPLY PRODUCTS TO YOU UNTIL THEN.

7. Your legal right to cancelYou have a legal right to cancel your Contract with us within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires after 14 days from the day on which the purchased Products come into your physical possession, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the purchased Products. In the event that you have ordered Products consisting of multiple lots or pieces of something which, as a result, are delivered on different days, the cancellation period will end 14 days after the day on which the last of the lots or pieces come into your physical possession, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your rights to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this Contract by making a clear statement (e.g. letter, email or on the telephone). Please note that returning Product(s) using the returns label provided, within the 14 day period, will be considered to be a clear statement of your decision to cancel this Contract. For the avoidance of any doubt, you are entitled to exercise your right to cancel under this paragraph in relation to individual Product(s), notwithstanding that your order may have included multiple Products.
You may use our cancellation form to exercise your right to cancel, but it is not obligatory. To process your cancellation request as quickly as possible, we would advise that you write to us at Customer Services quoting your order number or directly by taking the Product(s) to one of our FootAsylum stores or by returning the Product(s) to us by post by using the returns form provided with your Product(s). Please note that if you have paid for the Product(s) by PayPal or eBay, you will not be able to return your Product(s) to a FootAsylum store. In these cases, you may only return the Product(s) to us by post.
Details of your legal right to cancel and an explination of how to exercise it will also be provided in the dispatch confirmation
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this agreement, any money you have paid (including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us)) will be reimbursed to you. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any purchased Products supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. You are only liable for any diminished value of the purchased goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the purchased goods you have received. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:
· 14 days after the day we receive back from you any purchased Products supplied; or
· (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the purchased goods, or
· when the Products are returned to one of our FootAsylum stores, or
· If there were no purchased goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this agreement.
All refunds will be made using the original payment method. Please note that it can take between 5 and 10 working days for the funds to show back in your account and that this time is dictated by your bank and is completely out of our control. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. When returning the Products to us, other than to one of our FootAsylum stores, you must send back the Product(s) to us by following the process set out in our returns procedure, which can be found here without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your cancellation of this agreement to us. All products must be returned in their original boxes and packaging. The deadline is met if you send back the purchased Products to us before the period of 14 days has expired. Unless you return the goods to any FootAsylum store (which is only an option for you when you have paid for the Product by credit or debit card, or by using a FootAsylum gift card), you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the Products to us. If you use the prepaid returns label on the reverse of the shipment notice, we will deduct £2.50 from the amount we refund to you. If we do not receive the order back, we may arrange to collect it from you at your cost. We suggest that you obtain proof of postage in relation to any such returns. Details of your legal right to cancel and an explanation of how to exercise it will also be provided in the Dispatch Confirmation.
8. Faulty or mis-described Products
In addition to your legal right to cancel without reason as set out in paragraph 7 above, we are under a legal obligation to ensure that we supply Products which are in conformity with the terms of the Contract between us. If we have made a mistake, or you receive Products that are faulty, mis-described, damaged or unfit for purpose, you may return to a FootAsylum store when you have paid for the Products using a credit or debit card, or by using a FootAsylum gift card. When not returning the Products to one of our FootAsylum store, please return them to us by post following the returns procedure, which can be found here. UK customers are requested to use the prepaid returns label on the reverse of the shipment notice when returning the Products.
When returning Products which you believe to be faulty, mis-described, damaged or unfit for purpose to the store, or upon receipt when posted back to us, the Products will be examined by Footasylum plc to determine any such fault. All items should be returned in their original box/ packaging. If the Product is found to be faulty, mis-described, damaged or unfit for purpose, we will refund you in full for the price of the Product, including any applicable delivery charges paid by you. We will also refund any reasonable costs you incur in returning the Products to us. However, please note that UK customers are requested to use the prepaid returns label on the reverse of the shipment notice when returning the Products in these circumstances. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting for any returns. Please note, if you return any product as faulty and on inspection we deem the item(s) not to be faulty, you may be charged for the postage costs for the item(s) to be returned to you at the same, the cost of the return to you will not exceed £3.95 unless you opt for an express delivery option.
Refunds will be made in accordance with either paragraph 5, 7 or paragraph 8 above, depending on the reason why you are returning the Product(s). All refunds will be made using the original payment method. Please note that it can take between 5 and 10 working days for the funds to show back in your account and that this time is dictated by your bank and is completely out of our control.
10. Our Liability to You
If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our negligence, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it was an obvious consequence of our breach or if it was contemplated by you and us at the time we entered into the Contract. We only supply the Products for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the Product for any commercial, business or re-sale purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity. We do not in any way exclude or limit our liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- any breach of the terms implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (title and quiet possession);
- any breach of the terms implied by section 13 to 15 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (description, satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and samples); and
- defective Products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.
11. Events Outside Our Control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by an Event Outside Our Control.
An “Event Outside Our Control” means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks or impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.
If an Event Outside Our Control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under a Contract:
- we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you; and
- our obligations under a Contract will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the Event Outside Our Control. Where the Event Outside Our Control affects our delivery of Products to you, we will arrange a new delivery date with you after the Event Outside Our Control is over.
12. Other important terms
We may transfer our rights and obligations under a Contract to another organisation, but this will not affect your rights or our obligations under these Terms. You may only transfer your rights or your obligations under these Terms to another person if we agree in writing. The Contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms. Each of the paragraphs of these Terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
If we fail to insist that you perform any of your obligations under these Terms or if we do not enforce our rights against you, or if we delay in doing so, that will not mean that we have waived our rights against you and will not mean that you do not have to comply with those obligations. If we do waive a default by you, we will only do so in writing, and that will not mean that we will automatically waive any later default by you. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. These Terms are governed by English and Welsh law. This means a Contract for the purchase of Products through the Website and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it will be governed by English and Welsh law. You and we both agree to that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
13. Complaints Procedure
In the event that we fail to meet our high standards of customer service, please do not hesitate to contact us. Please put your complaint in writing and send it to us by post to Footasylum Customer Services, Point 62 Touchet Hall Rd Stakehill Industrial Estate Manchester M24 2RP or by email to email@example.com. We aim to provide an initial response to a complaint by email within 24 hours (Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm) and to postal complaints within seven working days of receipt.

14. Voucher Codes / Student Discount
Voucher Codes and Student Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, purchases of Gift Cards and selected products.
FA UNLCKD terms and conditions

These terms (Terms) set out the terms and conditions which apply to the FA UNLCKD loyalty programme operated by Footasylum plc (FA UNLCKD). Your participation in FA UNLCKD means that you accept, and agree to abide by, these Terms.
References to 'you' mean you as a participator in FA UNLCKD. References to 'we', 'us', 'our' or 'Footasylum' are to the provider of FA UNLCKD, which is Footasylum plc. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 05535565 and we have our registered office at Sandbrook House, Sandbrook Park, Rochdale, Lancashire, OL11 1RY.
The Terms supplement our website terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions) and our privacy and cookies policies (Privacy & Cookies).
1. FA UNLCKD PARTICIPATION
To qualify for, and to participate in, FA UNLCKD you must be aged 16 years or over and a UK resident and place an order with a UK billing address.
To participate in FA UNLCKD you can join the programme via the Footasylum App (App). You will begin to earn points once you have placed a Qualifying Purchase (see clause 10). You may join or leave FA UNLCKD at any time by calling customer service on 01706 714299 or writing to us at FA UNLCKD at Sandbrook House, Sandbrook Park, Rochdale, Lancashire, OL11 1RY.
Footasylum may cancel, withdraw or alter FA UNLCKD at any time, including altering these Terms and any FA UNLCKD account, without notice. You may only have one FA UNLCKD account at any time and we reserve the right to merge or cancel or refuse additional accounts at any time.
Business use (e.g. purchasing product for the purpose of reselling) of FA UNLCKD is strictly prohibited and will be considered abuse. Footasylum reserves the right in its sole discretion, at the point of purchase or retrospectively, to determine whether a purchase is for business use.
We can take any action we deem appropriate in our sole discretion, including closing or suspending your FA UNLCKD and/or Footasylum account and/or revoking any points and FA UNLCKD Vouchers accrued if we have reason to believe that you are abusing FA UNLCKD in any way.
2. QUALIFYING PURCHASE
An FA UNLCKD qualifying purchase (Qualifying Purchase) takes place once you have joined FA UNLCKD and you make a purchase with Footasylum, in-store, via www.footasylum.com or via the Footasylum App, except for when you purchase any of the following:
(1) purchases that are not made with a UK billing address; (2) purchases (or part of a purchase) made using FA UNLCKD Vouchers in which case the Qualifying Purchase would relate only to the net of voucher amount. For example if you made a £50 purchase with £40 cash and £10 FA UNLCKD Vouchers the Qualifying Purchase would be the £40 cash element of the purchase, (3) staff or press or affiliate (i.e. Groupon or Wowcher or similar) discount codes or offers; (4) purchases of giftcards (points can be earned when the giftcard is used not when it is purchased); (5) purchases made in Seven stores, the Seven website - www.7Liverpool.com, the Kings Will Dream website - www.KWD.com, the Glorious Gangsta website -www.GloriousGangsta.com or the Drome website - www.drome.co.uk all of which are operated by Footasylum; (6) purchases of any items not included in FA UNLCKD at our discretion; or (7) delivery charges.
3. EARNING VOUCHER POINTS
When you make any Qualifying Purchase with Footasylum, in-store, via www.footasylum.com or via the Footasylum App, you will be awarded 1 pending voucher point ) for each 20p (or part of 20p) of the purchase price (Pending Voucher Points). Pending Voucher Points become 'Live' and become FA UNLCKD Vouchers (see below) on the 29th day after your purchase was placed provided no returns have been made.
For example, if you spend 99p, you will receive 5 of Pending Voucher Points, and if you spend £1.50, you will receive 8 Pending Voucher Points If you have opted in to email marketing via the App we may notify you from time to time of bonuses or other offers and may also update you on the status of your vouchers. If you have opted out of communications or not provided us with an email address you can check the status of your Vouchers and availability of bonuses in the 'your account' section of the FA UNLCKD App.
Qualifying Purchases made in any currency other than Great British Pounds (GBP) will be converted to GBP after making your purchase according to the Footasylum conversion rates at that time, and you will accrue your Pending Voucher Points on the GBP amount.
You are subject to a maximum value of Pending Voucher Points of 10,000 points in any earning period. An earning period is determined by Footasylum from time to time.
Pending Voucher Points can only be earned on Qualifying Purchases.
If you did not bring you App into the store when you made a Qualifying Purchase and want to earn Pending Voucher Points you have 48 hours in which to scan the receipt from the store into the App.
4. FA UNLCKD VOUCHERS
Any Pending Voucher Points will convert into an FA UNLCKD Voucher (FA UNLCKD Voucher or Voucher) on the 29th day after your Qualifying Purchase provided no returns have been made. Each Pending Voucher Point converts into 1p of FA UNLKCD Vouchers. Your Pending Voucher Points and your FA UNLCKD Vouchers will appear within the FA UNLCKD dashboard of the account that earned them. Each FA UNLCKD Voucher can be used alone or stacked with other FA UNLCKD Vouchers.
Each FA UNLCKD Voucher expires 90 days after the date it was issued.
An FA UNLCKD Voucher can only be redeemed by the customer to whom it was issued using the relevant Footasylum account details associated.
5. REDEEMING FA UNLCKD VOUCHERS
Things you should know about redeeming your FA UNLCKD Vouchers:
- Simply click on the Voucher tab at the checkout of the Footasylum website www.footasylum.com or the Footasylum App and select the Voucher you wish to redeem. This will automatically be added to your order - there is no need to copy and paste the Voucher code from your dashboard or email. In store you will need to present the App at the checkout till where we will need to scan the App.
- An FA UNLCKD Voucher can only be redeemed by the customer to whom it was issued using the relevant Footasylum account details associated.
- 'Stacking'. More than one FA UNLCKD Voucher can be used on a single purchase.
- FA UNLCKD Vouchers can be used in conjunction with promotions and a promo code.
- An FA UNLCKD Voucher must be used before its expiry date, which is 90 days after the date it was issued.
You cannot select to spend only part of an FA UNLCKD Voucher when you make a purchase. Any Voucher balance money left over from a Voucher purchase will be lost, e.g. if a £15 Voucher is spent on a £10 purchase this will result in the remaining £5 being lost.
If an FA UNLCKD Voucher is in some way defective, we will reissue it with the same expiry date as the original FA UNLCKD Voucher, provided that the original has not been used.
FA UNLCKD Vouchers can be used for any purchases in our Footasylum,, Footasylum Women's and Drome stores, on our Website or the Footasylum App. They cannot be used in Seven stores, the Seven website - www.7Liverpool.com, the Kings Will Dream website - www.KWD.com, the Glorious Gangsta website - www.GloriousGangsta.com or the Drome website - www.drome.co.uk all of which are operated by Footasylum plc.
FA UNLCKD Vouchers cannot be used with affiliate codes which are not part of Footasylum - for example Groupon or Wowcher codes or vouchers or similar. FA UNLCKD Vouchers cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
6. LEVEL POINTS & LEVELS
In addition to your Pending Voucher points for each 20p (or part of 20p) you spend on any Qualifying Purchase in our Footasylum, Footasylum Women's and Drome stores, our Website or the Footasylum App, you will be awarded 1 Level Point (Level Point), which you will receive on the 29th day after your purchase was placed, subject to no returns. These points may entitle you to additional rewards provided you meet the Level Points threshold set out in clause 27 below
Level Points can only be earned on Qualifying Purchases.
Once you join FA UNLCKD, you will be placed at least into Level 1 after your first Qualifying PurchaseIf you have more than 1,000 Level points when you place your second Qualifying Purchase we will allocate you a Level based on the current number of Level Points you have as follows:
- Level 1: 0 - 249 Level Points
- Level 2: 250-1,499 Level Points
- Level 3: 1500 - 3,749 Level Points
- VIP: 3,750 + Level Points
Once you have accrued enough Level Points to take you to the next level, we will automatically move you up.
Each Level will give you access to greater rewards which might include discounts, entry to competitions, prize draws and double points days. These will be subject to additional terms and conditions, which we will communicate to you at that time. If you have opted in to email marketing via the App we may notify you of rewards or other offers relating to your level by email. If you have opted out of communications or not provided us with an email address you can check the status of your Vouchers and availability of bonuses in the 'your account' section of the FA UNLCKD App.
Your Level Points will be reset to zero (0) every 12 months, on the anniversary of the date you made your first Qualifying Purchase (this date being your 'Level Points Expiry Date'). For example, if you made your first Qualifying Purchase on 1 January 2018, your Level Points will reset to zero (0) on 1 January 2019 and again on 1 January 2020 and so on.
You will remain in a specific Level for 12 months from the date of entering that Level ('Level Term'), unless you have enough Level Points to move up a level, even if your Level Points Expiry Date is during the Level Term. For example, if on 20 November 2018, you reached the VIP Level, you will remain in VIP until 19 November 2019.
Your Vouchers will be unaffected by your Level Points Expiry Date or Level Term expiry date.
Vouchers, Pending Level Points and Level Points cannot be transferred to another customers account.RETURNS
Your Pending Voucher Points will be classed as pending for 28 days after completing a purchase (Returns Period) and then will 'clear' and become FA UNLCKD Vouchers on the 29th day provided Footasylum receives the total payment for that purchase and you do not make any returns during the Returns Period.
Level Points will be added on the 29th day after completing a purchase to allow for any returns during the Returns Period.
If, during the Returns Period, you return any of your purchased items for a full or partial refund:
- the Pending Voucher Points that have been earned will be deducted to reflect any returns made;
- If you used an FA UNLCKD Voucher to make all or part of the purchase that Voucher will be credited back to your account and the balance of time on that Voucher will be the time which was left on that Voucher when you made the Qualifying Purchase plus the number of days between your purchase and return date
If you return an item outside the Returns Period once FA UNLCKD Vouchers have been issued and once Level Points have been added, it is within Footasylum's discretion as to whether your return is accepted. If it is, we will deduct the equivalent amount of FA UNLCKD Vouchers and Level Points to reflect any returns made. This may result in a negative value of FA UNLCKD Vouchers or Level Points . If the deduction of Level Points would result in a negative balance (e.g. Level Points have expired since the purchase was placed), Level Points will not be deducted but your level will be adjusted if those Level Points contributed to any level upgrade.
When a purchase is returned or cancelled, if that purchase was originally made using only one or more FA UNLCKD Vouchers , any refund will be given in FA UNLCKD Vouchers (i.e. we will not refund money to you in these circumstances).
When a purchase is returned or cancelled, if that purchase was originally made using partly money and partly one or more FA UNLCKD Vouchers, we will refund you partly in FA UNLCKD Vouchers and partly by way of money in the same proportions as your original purchase.
7. BONUS POINTS
From time to time at Footasylum's discretion, there may be opportunities to earn further Pending Voucher Points and/or bonus points in addition to the Pending Voucher Points and Level Points earned on Qualifying Purchases. Further Pending Voucher Points and/or Bonus points can be earned via special offers, which are advertised via email, in our Footasylum, Footasylum Women's and Drome stores, Footasylum.com and via the Footasylum App at the time of the event. You must comply with the applicable Terms and Conditions for that offer, which we will communicate to you at that time.
We may run competitions or other offers from time to time which may be subject to additional terms and conditions which we will give details of in relation to the particular offer or competition.
9. OTHER BITS YOU SHOULD KNOW
You must provide details of your contact information on your Footasylum account and keep us informed of any changes. Footasylum will not be responsible if you don't receive or you lose any Pending Voucher Points, Level Points or FA UNLCKD Vouchers as a result of inaccurate details provided or you have not informed us of changes.
Pending Voucher Points, Level Points and FA UNLCKD Vouchers have no monetary value, cannot be transferred, bought, sold or in any way or traded, except as stated in these Terms.
You understand and agree that Footasylum may use data from your Footasylum account, in accordance with our Privacy and Cookies Policies, for the purposes of analysis and so that specific recommendations and offers may be made to you.
You may leave FA UNLCKD at any time as set out in clause 5 and by doing so you agree that this will end your participation in FA UNLCKD. Once this has been processed, all Pending Voucher Points and Level Points will be removed from your account and you will lose your FA UNLCKD level status. You will no longer receive any communications about FA UNLCKD. It may take up to 48 hours for the request to be processed. Any unspent FA UNLCKD Vouchers will still be available to use in the Voucher tab at checkout.
If you later choose to re-join FA UNLCKD, your participation will start again from the point you re-join, as if you are a new participant.
If you cease to place an order with a UK billing address at any time, you will no longer qualify for accruing Pending Voucher Points and Level Points but you will be able to use any unspent FA UNLCKD Vouchers and you will not lose your FA UNLCKD level status until the end of the Level Term.
You can make any adjustments to your FA UNLCKD contact preferences at any time on your FA UNLCKD dashboard in your My Account page. You may opt out of FA UNLCKD emails and/or text messages but still be part of FA UNLCKD and earn points and Vouchers on Qualifying Purchases. It may take up to 48 hours before the request becomes effective. If you opt out of FA UNLCKD communications you may still receive your status updates such as Voucher issuance or level expiry notifications.
Customers checking out on Footasylum.com as 'logged in' will be auto-enrolled in the scheme.
In store Vouchers are set to 'spend voucher' as a default. Customers can turn or toggle this off you want to keep the Voucher for a different purchase.
Any purchases on which you earn Pending Voucher Points, Level Points or use an FA UNLCKD Voucher are subject to all applicable UK laws.
