1. The Company

The Company is: Footasylum Ltd of Sandrook House, Sandbrook Park, Sandbrook Way, Rochdale, OL11 1RY

2. The Application

2.1. The title of the Production is Invest Your Interest.

2.2 Applicants will have the opportunity to feature in a YouTube episode called Invest Your Interest.

3. How to enter

3.1 The applications will open from 5pm on 18th March 2025 (the "Opening Date") to 3pm on 21st March 2025 (the "Closing Date") inclusive.

3.2 All applications must be received by the Company via the castings@footasylum.com email address (“the Email”) by no later than [TIME] on the Closing Date. All entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.

3.3 To enter the Application Process applicants must email an Audition Video to castings@footasylum.com which meets the requirements set out in Appendix 1 (“Audition Video”). This is the only method of application.

3.4 The Company will not accept:

(a) responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, corrupted or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or

(b) proof of transmission as proof of receipt of entry.

3.5 By submitting an application, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

3.7 Submissions will be reviewed by the Company. Those who are successful will then be invited to a further audition with the Company and Cowshed Collective (“Production Company”) via Zoom. Together, the Company and the Production Company will select Successful Applicant(s) to be featured in the Production and the decision will be final.

3.8 The Successful Applicant(s) may be subject to post-competition checks prior to filming.

3.9 The Successful Applicant(s) will not be eligible to take part in the Production until such a time that a contract, to be drafted by the Promoter, has been signed by both the Successful Applicant and Footasylum Ltd.

4. Eligibility

4.1 The Application Process is only open to residents in the UK aged 18 years or over, except:

(a) employees of the Company or its holding or subsidiary companies;

(b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Company or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the Application Process or its administration; or

(c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

4.2 In entering the Application Process, you confirm that you are eligible to do so. You will be required to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Application Process.

4.3 The Company will not accept Application Process entries that are:

(a) automatically generated by computer or created by artificial intelligence (including but not limited to chatbots such as ChatGPT or similar software applications);

(b) completed by third parties or in bulk;

(c) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;

(d) incomplete.

4.4 There is a limit of one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.

4.5 The Company reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Application Process.

5. Successful Applicant(s)

5.1 The decision of the judges nominated by the Company is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

5.2 The Company will contact the Successful Applicant(s) personally as soon as practicable after the Audition Process concludes, using the telephone number or email address provided with the Application Process entry.

6. Limitation of liability

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Company, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the opportunity except where it is caused by the negligence of the Company, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

7. Ownership of entries and intellectual property rights

7.1 All entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Company will become the property of the Company on receipt and will not be returned.

7.2 By submitting your entry and any accompanying material, you agree to:

(a) assign absolutely to the Company all your intellectual property rights held in the entry with full title guarantee; and

(b) waive absolutely all moral rights,

in and to your entry and otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world.

7.3 You agree that the Company may, in their sole discretion, make your entry available on its website footasylum.com and in any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the Production. You grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence in perpetuity, for the full period of the intellectual property rights in the entry, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the intellectual property rights in the entry.

8. Data protection and publicity

8.1 The Company will only process your personal information as set out in the www.footasylum.com/help-hub/#/privacy-policy.

9. General

9.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Company may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Application Process.

9.2 The Company reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Application Process where it becomes necessary to do so.

9.3 These terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.

Appendix 1

1. The video must:

i. be no longer than 2 minutes;
ii. be filmed in portrait mode; and
iii. be filmed in front of a plain background.

2. The video must not:

i. include any other person or voice;
ii. include music or posters;
iii. include nudity or pornographic material;
iv. include information about the Applicant, including sensitive details; and
v. identify the location of filming.
