With humble beginnings on the basketball court, the Air Force 1 was the first Nike basketball shoe to feature Air technology. Since its release in 1982, Nike has released hundreds of different styles of the shoe.
Legendary within pop culture, the shoe has even been featured by name in songs by Nelly and Kanye West, and if you didn’t know, the name comes from the US Presidential aeroplane, the “Air Force One”.
Arriving in Loyal Blue, White, Black and Gym Red, there’s a Pivot colourway to suit every style. Each sneaker features a textured leather upper, with matching laces and Swoosh. The key difference of the Pivot to your standard Air Force 1 has to be the contrasting coloured border above the midsole, giving it that extra detail.
