The internet went into meltdown this weekend after news came in from San Diego Comic Con that DC Comics had premiered trailers to not one, but two of their biggest up and coming releases: Justice League and Wonder Woman.

In Justice League, Ben Affleck’s back in the Batsuit, teaming up with Gal Gadot’s Wonder Woman to gather a group of metahumans (or superheroes, to us regular people). Finally getting a good look at Jason Momoa’s Aquaman, Ezra Miller’s Flash and Ray Fisher’s Cyborg, we can’t wait to see what DC’s mightiest can do when they finally get together.

After appearing for the first time in Batman V Superman, Wonder Woman has had a massively strong start in the cinematic DCU. Helping Supes and Bats to defeat Doomsday, she proved herself to be as badass as the both of them.

Introducing Chris Pine as Steve Trevor, the Wonder Woman movie will take us back to her origins, showing her leave the Amazons to become one of the world’s greatest heroes.

Although still a while off (Wonder Woman is slated to drop June 2017, with Justice League landing in November 2017) both trailers are more than enough to make fans of super powered ass kicking desperate for more.

Keep it locked to The Lowdown for the latest news from the world’s biggest pop culture event as it comes in.
