Delivery to a store
In response to the current situation in regards to COVID-19 we have removed our delivery to store service. If you’re not going to be at home and there isn’t a safe place to leave your parcels, you can still have your order delivered to a local ParcelShop.
You can now choose to have your order delivered to any of our stores for free. When placing your order choose "delivery to store" as your delivery method and select the store which you prefer from the drop down menu. All orders that are placed on our website have to be paid for at the time of ordering, payments cannot be made in store for internet purchases. Delivery will be made to your chosen store within an estimated 3 working days.
When your order is ready for collection a member of staff from the store will contact you via email, so please ensure you provide a valid email address. Your order will be held at your chosen store for fourteen calendar days, after which we will return your order and refund you via your chosen payment method. You will NOT receive an order dispatch email for your order if you have selected store delivery.
You also have the opportunity to try your items on in our stores changing room facilities. If any of your items do not fit, a member of staff from a store can organise a return or exchange for you before you leave the store.
You will need to take a print out of your order confirmation email or have your order confirmation visible on a hand held device (please note if you choose this method you will be required to forward this email to the store, the email address will be provided to you, so that we can keep this confirmation email on our records) as proof of purchase
FREE Returns to Store
If you’ve paid for your order using a credit/debit card or a Footasylum gift card, you can return your order to any Footasylum store for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt. Remember to bring the shipment notice received with your order as this is your proof of purchase and your refund/exchange can’t be processed without it. The cardholder will need to be present along with the card that you paid with. If you’ve bought from us on eBay or paid for your items via PayPal, these items can unfortunately only be returned via post (head back up the page to see our postal returns process) and won’t be processed in store.

You will need to show two forms of ID (bank card, driving license, bank statement or recent utility bill).
