The sneaker that started it all, the Nike Cortez is the silhouette that first put the swoosh in the spotlight. Designed by Nike co-founder, Bill Bowerman, the Cortez was originally released during the 1972 Olympics as a revolutionary running trainer that combined comfort with durability. Now an icon that’s been seen in movies and more (we’re looking at you, Forrest Gump), these classic kicks are an essential for every sneakerhead’s rotation. Skip the track and run the streets in the latest Nike Cortez colourways, in men’s and junior sizes at Footasylum.
