For those not in the know, Nike’s incredible Flyknit material was first seen on the Flyknit Racer back in February 2012. Insanely lightweight and breathable, it’s since been applied to sneakers made for all kinds of purposes, from basketball kicks to lifestyle silhouettes.

Now it’s the Air Force 1’s turn to receive the Flyknit treatment, and the result is incredible. Taking an already comfortable pair of sneaks to the next level, the seamless Flyknit upper acts as a second skin, improving fit and support along the way.

Sat on top of a white midsole with icy tips to the toe and heel, leather branding can be found to the side panels and heel tab, with some metal-tipped laces to complete the look.
