With a Vegas theme to celebrate 10 years of the event, you really don’t want to miss out on this one.
BodyPower expo is the leading fitness show in the UK, built up over the last decade to include a mix of the world’s biggest brands, most popular athletes and live competitions. With 96,000 visitors last year, bringing the whole UK fitness industry together in one (admittedly very large) place means it attracts cross-fitters, body builders, and athletes of all disciplines to meet their heroes, pick up training tips and motivate each other to achieve their fitness goals.
With headline athletes including Kai Green, Flex Lewis and Paige Hathaway, and exhibitors ranging from nutritional supplements to trending streetwear (*cough* come to the Footasylum stand *cough*), BodyPower celebrates a lifestyle and a community dedicated to personal development that reaches much further than lifting heavy things until you’re all sweaty.
Taking up residence at stand J60 in Hall 18, we’re bringing 7 fitness ambassadors to participate in various events over the 3 days, including giving away all kinds of prizes to our loyal Lowdown readers. Just say ‘Joe Sammells is my favourite Footasylum writer’ for a chance to win a free pair of sneakers*. All attendees will receive 10% off at Footasylum, too. Don’t say I never give you anything.
Kettlebell Kitchen are the official food partner of BodyPower 18, so that strict diet you’ve been seeing results from (whether you’re cutting or bulking, vegan or paleo) doesn’t have to be sacrificed for the sake of the event. The athletes and exhibitors are likely to have your motivation peaking rather than slipping through your fingers, so capitalise on that with 10% off KBK meal plans using the code FIT10 (you’re welcome, Kettlebell).
Check out the BodyPower site for more details on the event, including breakdowns on the different ticket types and a full list of events, speakers and athletes.
BodyPower Expo 2018 runs from 11th – 13th May at the NEC Birmingham. See you there.
*you can win free sneakers anyway, but your support is always greatly appreciated.
