Since its debut in 1985, the Air Jordan 1 Low has become one of the most recognised and worn sneaks worldwide. Designed by Nike for basketball legend Michael Jordan, the AJ1 Low was the first low-top sneak to be created for the sportsman.Now Footasylum presents our latest addition to our Jordan collection- the Air Jordan 1 Low Black Toe. Set to launch on Saturday 27th April this sneak is a must have for your summer wardrobe.
This colourway was one of the ten original Air Jordan 1 High colourways to be released in 1985 meaning this sneak will give off some serious retro vibes for summer 2019.
After the huge popularity of the Black Toe high top, Jordan has decided to transfer the colourway to their Low silhouette this year and keep most of the original features from 1985.
There are of course a few tweaks which prove that Jordan is a brand that can adapt and appeal to current trends. White leather is used as the base, while black nubuck is used in place of the standard black leather from the high top version.
Of course, the Jumpman makes itself known and a contrasting white logo appears on the black tongue as well as a more understated stitched ball and wings logo on the heel.
However, you style these sneaks this summer they are guaranteed to get you noticed on or off the court.
