As of 6pm Monday, 23rd March, all Footasylum stores have temporarily closed until further notice.

Don’t worry, our website remains open so you can still shop online or via the Footasylum App.

Our number one priority continues to be the well-being of our customers and employees during these uncertain times and following the government’s decision to close all non-essential retail shops, we can confirm that our shops are now shut with immediate effect.

However, our online business will continue to trade as normal until further notice.

In the meantime we’ve made it even easier for you to shop online with Free UK Standard Delivery on everything and returns are now free with Asda2You and Collect+.

If you have bought something that needs to be returned, don’t worry, please keep hold of the item and your receipt and we will honour returns for up to 120 days to make it as easy as possible for you to return your items. We will continue to monitor the situation and we will review this returns window again if needed.

We’re looking forward to being fully back up and running in due course, but at this time we wish our customers all the very best during this hugely challenging time for everyone. Stay safe and look after each other.
