Dear valued customer,
In line with the government’s guidance, we will be welcoming customers back into our stores in England from Monday 15 June, and are preparing to welcome our customers back into our stores in Wales and Scotland as soon as we are able to.
We want to assure you that we’re doing absolutely everything that we can to keep our customers and staff as safe and secure as possible, and that we’ve put in place an extensive range of precautionary measures in all of our stores.
All of our staff have received in-depth training on social distancing protocols and other health and safety matters, and each store has been rigorously assessed and tested before reopening. The measures that we have in place include:
- Extensive signage and floor markings to remind customers of social distancing guidelines
- Strict guidelines on maximum capacity in each shop, with queueing controls in place
- Frequent handwashing for all employees throughout the day
- Reusable face masks and disposable gloves available for all staff to use
- Hand sanitiser stations in every store
- Temperature testing for all staff at the beginning of every shift
- Enhanced cleaning rotas and protocols
- Protective screens at cash desks
- Closure of fitting rooms
