Terms and Conditions – Family & Friends 25% Discount

1. Eligibility and Distribution

1.1. Each Footasylum employee will receive one unique discount codes via their personal email address, sent through PeopleXD.

1.2. The distribution of codes will be managed by HR, who will provide the list of eligible staff members.

1.3. These codes are intended solely for use by the employee’s close friends and family. Employees must not share codes publicly or with individuals outside their personal network.

2. Discount Details

2.1. The Friends and Family Discount offers 25% off full-priced items both in-store and online.

2.2. The promotion is live from 9:00am on 23rd October 2025 until 9:00am on 31st October 2025.

2.3. Each code may be used up to five times, however once per transaction.

2.4. The discount is valid only on full-priced items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount.

2.5. The discount cannot be redeemed for cash, gift cards, or any other monetary equivalent.

2.6. Brand and product exclusions apply. Footasylum reserves the right to determine which items are excluded from the discount.

2.7. The discount is valid for transactions up to a maximum spend of £300 before the discount is applied. If the transaction exceeds £300, the discount will only apply to the first £300.

2.8. The discount cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases or orders.

3. Redemption Instructions

3.1. In-Store: Customers must present the email containing the discount code on their mobile device at checkout. Footasylum staff will scan the QR code to apply the discount.

3.2. Online: Customers must enter the unique discount code at checkout to redeem the offer.

4. Incentive and Prize Draw

4.1. One discount code will be randomly selected after the promotion ends. The Footasylum employee who shared the winning code will receive a £500 Footasylum voucher, and the recipient who used the code will also receive a £500 Footasylum voucher.

4.2. Winners will be announced by 5th November 2025.

5. Misuse and Enforcement

5.1. Any attempt to sell, trade, duplicate, or publicly share the discount codes is strictly prohibited and will result in invalidation of the offer.

5.2. Footasylum reserves the right to refuse redemption where it reasonably believes the code or email has been tampered with, corrupted, or used fraudulently.

5.3. If Footasylum reasonably believes that these terms have been breached, it may exclude individuals from participating in the promotion and invalidate any associated discounts.

5.4. Footasylum reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion at any time for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

6. Legal

6.1. These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
