Rewards Program Changes
What are levels?
Your level is your status and it determines your benefits in FA Rewards. Each level will give you access to greater rewards such as vouchers, early access to sale and promotional events, early access to YouTube videos and loads more!
How will levels work?
There will be a total of 4 Levels in FA Rewards. The lowest Level is Entry and the highest level is AAA and there will be lots of great rewards available in each.
Will I start in Entry level?
Members will be allocated to a Level based on their spend over the past 12 months on the Footasylum Website, App or in Store - watch your email for more info on which level you will be in! You will keep that level and all it’s benefits for 12 months from the date of launch, unless you level up!
How will I find out what level I’m in?
You don’t need to do anything, we will send you an email at the time of launch to let you know what level you will be in. After launch you will be able to log into your account to easily view your level and any available benefits.
How do I level up?
Levelling up will depend on how much you spend on Footasylum Website, App and in Stores across 12 months from the date of the new FA Rewards launch. Spend £180 in 12 months to reach Pro, £350 to reach VIP or £800 to reach AAA.
Will points still work the same?
Members in Pro, VIP and AAA will earn 5% of their spend back as points, which will contribute towards their next discount voucher. 500 points = £5 off your next purchase (minimum spend applies). Members in Entry level will no longer earn points and will need to level up to unlock the ability to earn points and vouchers.
When will these points become vouchers?
Points will remain pending for 28 days after purchase then they will be added to your points balance. Once you've got £5 worth of points these will automatically turn into a £5 Voucher ready for you to use!
How long do I have to spend my voucher?
You will have 60 days to spend your vouchers before they expire.
Do my points expire?
If not converted into a voucher, unused points will expire after 180 days. All you have to do is shop to keep your points active which extends the expiry by another 180 days.
I had points but now I'm in Entry level, what happens to my points?
If you have valid points and you're moved to Entry level, these points will still be in your account but remain pending unless you level up and reach Pro, VIP or AAA.
