    • "I appreciate that shipping was free but I think just using a plastic mailer bag to ship some 150 J's is a bit of a cop out. The box arrived in terrible condition. Crushed and ripped apart. The kicks were fine but as a collector I like to keep the boxes too. Every other site I've ordered shoes from have double boxed. That being said, I ordered the shoes on Saturday afternoon and they arrived Monday morning. That impressed me."Would you recommend it? : Don't Know

I then called back as I wanted to upgrade to next day delivery and once again they were really nice and helpful. shoes were a great price better than anywhere else online and they arrived the next day, great!"Would you recommend it? : Yes

    • Linea, We only respond to a review once we have obtained the facts and we have had time to look into your issues. It is unfair to accuse a retailer who pride themselves on customer service and have thousands of satisfied customers of theft, that is not the case. On the other hand if you have not received your goods we appreciate that you maybe worried and frustrated. I can see that a recent order you placed was dispatched on the 14th of this month, I will have the lack of response to your emails investigated, our customer service department have strict guidelines in place that state all customers must be answered in a timely manner. Because of the time difference between where you live and where we are based, is it possible that you were calling out of hours? Orders are collected by the courier periodically, on some occasions before the email dispatch notifications are sent, the customer service department will have had full visibility of where your order was at the time of your call, if the order was showing as dispatched on their system then that would have been the most up to date information on the whereabouts of your parcel.     • "apparently according to these reviews that I've just read, you're supposedly super fast like them magic trainers or something. however, it has been over a week since i ordered and my order hasn't even been despatched yet. this is disgusting!! i swear these reviews are fake!! mine and Peter Henderson's are the only real ones. I am getting increasingly concerned with regards to the lack of deliveries a store's warehouse would make to it's own store.
