Not received a dispatch email? The below might help.
Orders placed before 11pm Monday - Thursday using our Next Day Delivery service can arrive any time up to 8pm the following day. Orders placed after 11pm Thursday, Friday and Saturday will be dispatched on Sunday.
Standard delivery can take up to 4 working days.
UK Returns
Free return by our courier service. Simply follow our returns portal link below. In just a few steps, we'll have it sorted. Easy! We ask you return your items to us in an unused and saleable condition within 28 days of receipt.
International Returns
For all international returns outside of the UK, please visit our dedicated international returns page.

To return your order for an exchange simply head to our returns portal here then select “Exchange” from the Return Option drop down and complete the field with the item Code, Colour and Size to request your exchange and send everything back to us using our free returns service. Please note we can only exchange for the same item in another size. If you request an item that is out of stock then a refund will automatically be processed instead.
Alternatively, if you've paid by credit or debit card you can also pop down to your local Footasylum store and our team will be happy to help.
Unfortunately, we can only offer exchanges within the UK.
If you’ve returned something to us for a refund, it can take up to 14 days to process your return once we receive it into our warehouse.
Once the refund is processed, it can take up to 10 working days to show in your account.
If you’ve paid by PayPal or LayBuy, it can also take up to 10 to working days.
Before contacting us please make sure your order hasn’t been left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
If your order hasn’t been left elsewhere please contact us with your order number and email address and we can assist you.
If there is an item missing from your order or you have received the incorrect items so we can resolve the issue.
