Footasylum will be happy to refund or exchange any unwanted items purchased between the 23rd October, up to and including the 24th December if they are returned on or before 4th January in their original condition (including tags) with a valid proof of purchase (receipt or gift receipt).

Refunds from Gift Receipts will be given on a Footasylum Gift Card.

No returns will be accepted in-store between 26th December to 27th December. Returns will re-commence from 29th December.

We can only offer exchanges within the UK.

To return your order for an exchange simply fill out the exchange section of the returns form included in your parcel and send your item(s) back using one of our free returns methods.

If you’d like a refund, these will be given at the original purchase price (excluding initial delivery charge) and made to your original method of payment.

If you’ve returned something to us for a refund, it can take up to 14 days to process your return once we receive it into our warehouse.

Once we have processed your refund, this normally takes around 3-5 working days to go back to your account though, due to banking processes, the process can take up to 10 working days.

If you’ve paid by PayPal, it will take 24-48 hours to hit your account.

Klarna refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
