You will be involved in a successful hard working team with a goal of providing the highest level of customer service. Sales Assistants are responsible for engaging and assisting customers with all queries from sizes of items, online orders to general fashion advice. In addition to serving customers, it is a requirement to assist with deliveries, stock replenishment, serving on tills, stock takes, general housekeeping of both front and back of house etc.
You will continuously work to develop personal skills and capability through on-going training.
The successful candidate must have a passion for sneakers and our company ethos, and will be able to contribute to the success of our culture. Ideally you will have previous experience in a footwear / fashion retail environment, strong self-motivation and impeccable customer service.
In addition, you will be efficient and highly organised with the ability to use your own initiative to bring fresh ideas to the store.
