Home Delivery in the UK
We offer a range of delivery options including UK Standard and Next Day delivery, through a fully tracked delivery service. Alternatively collect your order from one of our stores for Free. All orders over £50 qualify for free standard UK delivery.
UK delivery options will be presented by default to customers with a UK billing address, please note that we are unable to deliver to PO boxes, if your billing address is in the Channel Islands you will only be able to use the European delivery option. All delivery timescales are given as estimates, if you require your items by a given date we would suggest that you use the next day service.
Our UK customers also have the option of having their order delivered to one of our high street stores free of charge. Members of the British armed forces can select delivery to a BFPO address at no cost.
With our standard delivery option you can expect to receive your goods within 2-4 working days of placing your order. The service used for our standard service also includes door to door tracking. Standard UK delivery is FREE for orders over £50.
Next Day Delivery
On our Next Day delivery service we will deliver your order the following day to UK mainland addresses providing that the order is placed before 9pm Mon-Fri, or 9pm Sun. Orders placed after 9pm Friday, or on Saturday, will be despatched on Sunday. Our Next day service is not available for customers in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight.

You can now have your order delivered on a Sunday with our special Sunday Delivery service. Order before 7pm on a Saturday to have your items with you the following day. But please be careful, if you order after the 7pm Saturday cut-off, your order won’t be delivered until Sunday the week after.

To ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, please make sure you give us a delivery address where someone will be in. We will gladly deliver to a family member, neighbour or place of work if it is more convenient for you. Please enter your alternative delivery address when you place your order. If we are unable to deliver for any reason, they will leave a 'Sorry you were out' card to explain why they were unable to deliver and how to arrange redelivery/collection or the details of where the parcel has been left.
In no event shall we be liable for any damages or penalty for any delay in delivery. Please notify Customer Services on 01706 714299 immediately if any of the parcels are missing or damaged, making sure you keep your delivery note and all packaging.
