2. CONVENIENT DELIVERY
We use Royal Mail Tracked and Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure sage and efficient delivery of your order. You can choose between Tracked or Special Delivery to suit your needs. Tracked Deliveries are made 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday. Special Deliveries are made before 1pm Monday to Friday.
We understand that you can't always be at home waiting for your delivery, which is why you can choose to have your delivery to an alternative address if it's more convenient for you. So, if you'd prefer to have your order sent to a work address, a family member, a friend or neighbour, simply add an alternative address when you place your order. Make sure you enter the correct billing address details though!
We also offer FREE Tracked delivery on ANY UK order over £50 or FREE delivery to any local store within 2 working days.
3. EASY RETURNS
If you’re not happy with the items you’ve purchased from our online store for any reason, you have 14 days to return them to us. If you've paid by credit/debit card or gift card, you can either return them to one of our high street stores or pop them in the post to our head office in Heywood, Lancashire. EBay orders and orders paid for by PayPal must be returned by post. Remember to request your Returns Authorisation Number though so that we deal with your refund as quickly as possible!
4. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
We want to make shopping with us as quick and simple as possible and so our Customer Services Team is on hand Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm to help with any queries you may have. Our phone number is displayed at the bottom of every page along with a link to our Contact Form so you can email us if you prefer. We promise to respond to any email queries within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
5. CHOICE OF SECURE WAYS TO PAY
We accept most major debit and credit cards on our website (Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Electron, Solo and Maestro). We also accept payment via PayPal and Footasylum Gift Card so you can choose the payment method that you prefer.
6. SECURE PAYMENT SYSTEM
We have also incorporated MasterCard Secure Code and Verified by Visa in to our payment process as an additional step to help combat online fraud. This is a similar idea to chip & pin but for online transactions. It allows you to register details that only you would know against your card, which you then submit at the point of ordering on our website.
As an extra security measure, we also use an external company’s fraud checking system which reviews all our online orders for potential fraud. They look at a number of factors which include card usage and online purchase history at both billing and delivery address, alongside information on the phone number and email addresses entered when placing the order. From the information they hold, they provide us with a fraud rating, and as a result we may contact you for additional information before we despatch your order.
