    • "Recently I purchased a pair of Reebok Classic Nylon Slim Exotic Trainer - I was excited for the arrival even more so as I paid next day, as they arrived they didn't look what they looked like on the internet, they were clearly squashed in width on the images to appear as if they were the similar height to either new balance or air max.     • Natalie, we do not edit pictures to make the products look different, they are photographed in a consistent way and should all represent the product in the best way possible. We also include a small description of each product individually to try and give you a feel of the product before you purchase. If it wasn't in stock it should not be listed as in stock on the website & my money shouldn't have been taken out of my account in the first place.     • Hello, We are sorry to hear you find our service to be below the standard you expect from us, however on occasion there are circumstances that can lead to the outcome you have highlighted in your review. If a customer purchases an item and our order dispatch team go to pick the item and find it to be damaged or soiled, they will not send this to a customer and a you will receive a swift refund, after the refund has been issued there maybe additional stock arriving from the manufacturer or back from stores which makes the item available again. Our focus is to ensure that the customer has the best experience possible while shopping with us, at the time you were refunded, the most appropriate action for us to take on your behalf was to refund your payment.     • "I recently purchased two pairs of Adidas gazelles, my favourite trainer don't wear anything else. Happy with both pairs of trainers look smart no faults. Only one fault being picky I know. I ordered both pairs at the same time so assumed I would get both delivered together at the same time. I recieved one pair and wondered where the other was then had to make phone calls to chase up the other pair. The person on the other end of the phone said that , the trainer I had purchased wasn't in stock and that they were going to refund my money. But then they recieved the trainer in stock the same day. If it wasn't in stock at the time I purchased it online I shouldn't of been allowed to buy them. I did receive my second pair the day after the first and delivery didn't cost me any extra so all was well."Would you recommend it? : Yes

    • "Very poor! I ordered a pair of converse for friend for her birthday in match as I bought the wrong size in store, they gave me a refund on a gift card so I could order online! A month later still no sign of the converse, so I called customer services and they told me it takes a month to make a claim with Royal Mail and they would contact me back! Over a month later still no contact, so I called myself today I have a refund on a gift card and still no converse!! I didn't want a refund all I wanted is the shoes I ordered, the guy I spoke to didn't seem very sympathetic and my friend still doesn't have her birthday present 3 months later!!
