Delivery
It is important to us that your products reach you as fast as possible. All orders are shipped on the same day of purchase, and we offer varied shipping methods for your convenience. You can now have your orders delivered to your local Footasylum and we also now offer delivery to europe. Please note that orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched from our warehouse the next working day and so if you order after 2pm on a Friday, your order will not be dispatched until the Monday.
Returns & Refunds
Footasylum offer a hassle free returns policy, if you are unhappy with your order for any reason you can return the item(s) for an exchange or refund. To arrange a return you must first obtain a returns authorisation number by emailing, this must be done before returning any goods to us.

Footasylum are committed to the safety and security of your debit and credit card details. The payment process is encrypted to the highest possible level, so you can rest assured that your payment details will never been seen by unauthorised persons. Our website is tested daily for malware and is ISIS compliant.

It can be difficult shopping online and getting the size you require, our size guide will help you select the size you want. Our size guide includes sizing information for all footwear and clothing, and also helps you to convert US and EU sizes to the UK equivalent, and vice versa.
