Born in late 2005, and now trading with 28 high street stores, Footasylum is one of today’s new and exciting retailers. The Footasylum team have a passion for fashion, and a shared ethos that the products we sell are about a lifestyle choice, and not just functionality. Store Managers
The Manager will deal with our staff at all levels, including managing, motivating and training our employees whilst ensuring the relevant HR procedures are followed. You will plan, forecast and report on sales and work to maximise this with shop merchandising and customer flow.
Assistant Managers
You will be involved with our staff at all levels, including managing, motivating and training our employees whilst ensuring the relevant HR procedures are followed. You will plan, forecast and report on sales and work to maximise this with shop merchandising and customer flow.
Supervisors
You will be involved with our staff at all levels, including managing, motivating and training our employees whilst ensuring the relevant HR procedures are followed. The supervisor will be responsible for cash management and opening/closing of our store.
Sales Assistant
Ideally with previous experience in a footwear environment, you must have strong self motivation and impeccable customer service.
